摘要： The present invention provides a tablet feeder in which a rotor can smoothly rotate to discharge tablets in spite of a large volume type of tablet containing case having a simple construction. 摘要： A tablet feeder comprising: a tablet accommodating section 4 capable of accommodating a multiplicity of tablets A; a tablet array member 8 which is disposed in the tablet accommodating section 4 and which, while being driven and rotated, retains the tablets A one after another in pockets 11 defined on an outer periphery thereof and discharges them at a discharge position; and a partitioning member 13 whose partitioning portion 14 having a shape of brush partitions the pocket 11 so that the upper tablets A do not fall into the lower pocket 11, thereby the tablets A retained in the pocket 11 of the tablet array member 8 are discharged by a predetermined number, the tablet feeder being characterized in that; at least part of brush element 15a among the brush elements 15a, 15b constituting the partitioning portion 14 of the partitioning member 13 has a tip bent in a U-shape. Thus, deformation of the brush element 15a constituting the partitioning member 13 can be surely prevented.

摘要： A tablet feeder that is simple in construction and yet capable of accurately preventing drawbacks from occurring due to jamming of medicine or the like. A motor (6) installed on a case support block (3) is driven to rotate a rotor (9) disposed in a medicine receiving case (1) through a plurality of gears. The tablets received in the medicine receiving case (1) are held in the pockets (10) of the rotor (9) and are moved to a discharge section (11) to discharge tablets therefrom. The gearing is composed of a driving gear (7) connected to the rotary shaft of the motor (6), and a driven gear (13) meshing with the driving gear (7). Installed in either of the power transmission paths extending from the motor (6) to the rotor (9) through the two gears (7, 13) is a power cut-off section (15, 17) that cuts off the power from the motor (6) when a force of a predetermined value or above acts on the rotor (9).

摘要： A tablet feeder can smoothly and continuously discharge all tablets in a case to the last one. The tablet feeder includes a tablet storage case and a support member. A rotor is rotatably mounted in the case on an inner bottom thereof. A plurality of pockets are formed in the outer periphery of the rotor at predetermined intervals. The rotor is rotated by a motor through a gear. A high-friction member is provided on the inner bottom of the case to prevent tablets from remaining on a boundary between the rotor and the inner bottom while bridging the rotor and the inner bottom.

摘要： To automatically eliminate clogging of tablets, a tablet filling device provides a cassette body including a tablet cassette, having tablets, a rotor having a groove for holding a tablet, and a discharge port for discharging the tablet held by the groove. The cassette body includes a worm gear in mesh with a gear fixed to a shaft of the rotor. A carrying member is adapted to approach the tablet cassette while holding a tablet container. The tablet filling device is equipped with a drive shaft engaged with the worm gear to rotate the rotor via the gear. The tablet container is carried to the tablet cassette by the carrying member and, when a rotation of the rotor stops halfway through dispensing of tablets, the worm gear is moved in the axial direction of the drive shaft of the carrying member to cause the rotor to make a reverse rotation.

摘要： To automatically eliminate the clogging with tablets before maintenance, the present invention provides a cassette body (14) including: a tablet cassette (12) which has, in a cassette main body (14) accommodating tablets, a rotor (13) rotatably provided and having a groove for holding a tablet, and in which a discharge port (19) for discharging the tablet held by the groove is formed in the cassette main body (14), with the cassette main body (14) being provided with a worm gear (23) in mesh with a gear (33, 22) fixed to a shaft of the rotor (13) protruding from a bottom of the cassette main body (14); and a carrying member (41) adapted to approach the tablet cassette (12) accommodating tablets to be extracted while holding a tablet container (9), and equipped with a drive shaft (50) to be engaged with the worm gear (23) to rotate the rotor (13) via the gear (33, 22). The worm gear (23) is provided so as to be movable in an axial direction thereof. The tablet container (9) is carried to the tablet cassette (12) by the carrying member (41) and, when a rotation of the rotor (13) stops halfway through dispensing of tablets, the worm gear (23) is moved in the axial direction the drive shaft of the carrying member (41) to cause the rotor (13) to make reverse rotation.
