    摘要: An ink jet head comprises an ink flow path formed by laminating cured films or photosensitive compositions and an ink discharging orifice, at least the ink discharging orifice region being composed of the cured films. A method for fabrication of an ink-jet head comprises forming a first film of a cured photosensitive resin on a surface of a substrate on which an ink discharge pressure generating element is arranged, produced an ink flow path with a second film of a cured photosensitive resin formed on the first film, further disposing a third film of a cured photosensitive resin on the second film, and forming an ink discharging orifice connected to the ink flow path, with the said first, second and third films of cured photosensitive resins.

    摘要: A liquid jet recording head comprises a discharging orifice for forming flying droplets by discharging a liquid; a liquid pathway having a bent portion, an energy acting portion forming at least a part of said liquid pathway where the liquid filling the internal portion thereof is subjected to energy for droplet formation and an energy generating element for generation of droplet forming energy to be transmitted to the liquid filling said acting portion. The principal part of the wall surface of said liquid pathway is formed of a hardened photosensitive resin.
