    摘要: A color electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes: a drum cartridge, detachably mountable to the apparatus main assembly, for holding a drum; developing cartridges, each including a developing roller for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the drum, demountable from the cartridge; a main assembly guide for guiding the cartridge from the main assembly; a drum cartridge guide for guiding the developing devices independently demountably from the cartridge; and a drum cartridge preventor for preventing movement of the cartridge. When the developing cartridge is demounted while drum cartridge is mounted in the main assembly, the preventor is movable between a first position preventing the cartridge from moving in a demounting direction and a second position permitting such movement. The apparatus includes a grip for facilitating demounting of the drum cartridge by facilitating a change of the preventor's position from the first position to the second position.

    摘要: A photosensitive drum for use with an image forming apparatus includes a cylinder, having a photosensitive layer at its surface, to which process means is contacted; and a flange provided at a longitudinal end portion of the cylinder. The flange includes a supporting portion supporting an inner peripheral portion of the cylinder, a portion to be supported inside the cylinder by a supporting shaft for supporting the photosensitive drum, and a clearance portion which is provided in a region closer to a longitudinal end of the cylinder than the portion to be supported and which is out of contact with the supporting shaft. The portion to be supported is provided at a position that overlaps with the supporting portion with respect to a longitudinal direction of the cylinder as seen in a diameter direction of the cylinder. The clearance portion extends from the contact area to an area outside the contact area.

The displacement-type marine vessel which travels in a velocity range in which the Froude number is smaller than the last hump and the stern includes knuckle lines connecting knuckle points provided on the surface of the hull, from a starting point in front of a propeller to an end point behind the propeller. A portion of the stern located inside the knuckle line in the direction of the width of the hull has a dome shape with upward curvature, and the length of the portion which has the dome shape is set to 10% or more of the entire hull length or at least the diameter of the propeller.
