Abstract: An object of the present invention is to promote weight reduction while improving torsional stiffness of a motor case of a rotary electric machine. A motor case accommodates a stator, a rotor facing an inner periphery of the stator, and a rotating shaft coupled to the rotor. The motor case includes a peripheral wall which is formed in a tubular shape and has a space accommodating the stator and the rotating shaft on an inside, a flange portion which is formed at one end of the peripheral wall and is coupled to an outside, and damping ribs which are formed at an outer periphery of the peripheral wall, are formed between a position crossing the outer periphery of the peripheral wall and the flange portion on an extension of the rotating shaft in a radial direction from an end portion of the stator, and are constituted by a plurality of ribs.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to reduce stress caused by press-fitting of a shaft on an outer edge portion side of a rotor. A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a shaft and a rotor iron core, the shaft coupled to the rotor iron core. The rotor iron core includes: an outer edge portion housing a magnet; an inner edge portion coupled to the shaft; and a rib portion having a lightening portion that is formed inside between the outer edge portion and the inner edge portion. The rib portion includes: a through-hole forming portion connected to the outer edge portion and having a through-hole inside; and a bridge portion connecting the through-hole forming portion and the inner edge portion. The bridge portion includes: a second bridge portion connected to the through-hole forming portion and protruding outward; and a first bridge portion having one end connected to the inner edge portion and another end connected to the second bridge portion. A bent portion is provided at a position connecting the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a sealing member that provides high sealability in a coolant flow path. A rotating electrical machine includes a stator core around which a winding is wound, a stator frame that supports the stator core, a housing that is disposed outside the stator frame and forms a flow path space with the stator frame, and a sealing member that is disposed between the stator frame and the housing. The housing includes a mounting portion on which the sealing member is mounted. The sealing member includes a base portion that is in contact with the housing and the stator frame, and an attachment portion that protrudes from the base portion and is inserted to the mounting portion of the housing.
