Abstract: A vinyl chloride resin composition includes 55 to 70 parts by mass of a plasticizer, 20 to 65 parts by mass of a metal hydrate and 0.3 to 3 parts by mass of a polytetrafluoroethylene per 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin. The polytetrafluoroethylene includes a fibril-forming polytetrafluoroethylene and a non-fibril-forming polytetrafluoroethylene.
