    摘要: A high-temperature bimetal capable of being inhibited from considerably shifting from an original position when the temperature has fallen to an ordinary temperature is provided. This high-temperature bimetal (1) includes a high thermal expansion layer (2) made of austenitic stainless steel and a low thermal expansion layer (3) made of a thermosensitive magnetic metal having a Curie point and bonded to the high thermal expansion layer. The high-temperature bimetal is employed over both a high temperature range of not less than the Curie point and a low temperature range of less than the Curie point, while an upper limit of operating temperatures in the high temperature range of not less than the Curie point is at least 500° C.

    摘要: A cable includes a plurality of electric wires including a conductor and an insulating member coating a periphery of the conductor, a tape member provided over a periphery of an aggregate configured by laying the plurality of electric wires together, and an outer sheath provided over an outer periphery of the tape member. The tape member includes a mixture of a first fiber having a melting point and a second fiber having a melting point lower than the melting point of the first fiber. The first fiber has the melting point higher than an extrusion molding temperature of the outer sheath, and the second fiber has the melting point lower than the extrusion molding temperature of the outer sheath.

    摘要: A coating film is provided in a cable, a medical hollow tube, a molded article and a hollow tube. The coating film is formed from a rubber composition including a rubber component and fine particles. A static friction coefficient on a surface of the coating film is 0.5 or less. When the coating film is subjected to a testing such that a long fiber non-woven fabric including cotton linters including an alcohol for disinfection with a length of 50 mm along a wiping direction is brought contiguous to the surface of the coating film at a shearing stress of 2×10−3 MPa to 4×10−3 MPa, followed by wiping off the surface of the coating film at a speed of 80 times/min to 120 times/min and 20,000 repetitions thereof for a wiping direction length of 150 mm, a difference (an absolute value of a difference) between the static friction coefficients of the coating film before and after the testing is not greater than 0.1.

    摘要: A magnetostrictive torque sensor includes detection coils formed around a magnetostrictive material made of chrome steel or chrome molybdenum steel, a magnetic ring configured to cover around the detection coils, and a drive unit for providing alternating current excitation to the detection coils at an excitation frequency of 50 kHz or more and 333 kHz or less. A torque applied to the magnetostrictive material is detected based on a change in inductance of the detection coils. The magnetic ring is configured by wrapping around the detection coils with an amorphous tape made of amorphous soft magnetic material in a tape shape. The thickness of the magnetic ring is 1.455 times or more as thick as a skin effect thickness of the magnetostrictive material and less than 1.000 mm.
