The method of setting the frequency rate and angle differences of the screens includes forming a binary image using at least two overlapped screens, and low-pass filtering the binary image to calculate an average reflectivity. A frequency component (cost) is calculated with respect to the binary image using the calculated average reflectivity. It is determined whether a moire pattern with respect to the binary image is generated based on the frequency component. Accordingly, the binary image where the moire pattern is not generated may be formed.
