The clamping mechanism includes a clamping element, a sliding element, a first biasing device and a second biasing device. The sliding element is provided with a guide portion in which the clamping element is slidable between a first position where the clamping element is closed and a second position where the clamping element is opened. The biasing force generated by the first biasing device is smaller than that of the second biasing device when the clamping element is in the opened position.

    摘要: The invention provides an auto hammer being used between two surfaces perpendicular to each other and closer to the intersecting line of the two surfaces. To this end, the auto hammer comprises a housing having an upper portion, a motor contained in the housing, and a switch arranged on the housing for controlling the motor. When the auto hammer is used between two surfaces perpendicular to each other with opposite sides of the upper portion of the housing abutting against the two surfaces respectively, the distance from the central axis of the striking rod to the intersecting line of the two surfaces is between 10 mm and 40 mm, preferably 28 mm. This distance is arranged very small for allowing the auto hammer to be used closer to the intersecting line of the two surfaces.

    摘要: A sander according to the present invention comprising a housing, a motor and a transmission mounted within the housing, a sanding plate mounted below the housing, a battery pack mounted at the rear end of the housing and a balance means mounted on either the housing or the sanding plate. The balance means includes a balance element disposed in the front part of the sander. The balance element is balanced with the battery pack, which solves the balance problem of the DC sanders known in the prior art while still providing a battery pack that can satisfy the power requirements of the sander.

The housing has a nozzle portion with a striking rod for striking a nail arranged therein, the striking rod being moved in a reciprocating manner. A rotating shall is mounted in the housing and the rotating shaft is coupled to the output shaft of the motor through the transmission mechanism. An impact member surrounds the rotating shaft and is moved with the rotating shaft. Corresponding slots are formed on the rotating shaft and the impact member respectively and mate with each other with engagement members being contained in the corresponding slots.
