The pick up and drive device comprises: a driver head, disposed at an end portion thereof, including a second circumferential wall in a hexagon shape, in which a size of the second circumferential wall is slightly smaller than a size of the first wall portion of the implant for close accommodation when in driving. At least one wall of the second circumferential wall of the driver head has a slant surface for engaging and interfering with the implant when in picking up.
