Abstract:
An electronic device includes a housing, a first display unit, a second display unit, a sensing input unit and a processor. The first display unit and the second display unit are both disposed on the housing. The sensing input unit is coupled to the first display unit and the second display unit, and is used for sensing and receiving a user input. The user input enables a transferring behavior of displaying a second object in the second display unit according to a first object displayed in the first display unit. The processor is coupled to the first display unit, the second display unit and the sensing input unit, and is used for controlling the second display unit according to the user input to display the second object.
Abstract:
The application provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes a main body and a cover. The main body has a sheet and the sheet includes a first key set and a second key set. The cover, slidably disposed on the main body between a first configuration and a second configuration, includes a first portion and a second portion connected thereto. The first key set is visible through the first portion and the second portion covers the second key set when the cover is in the first configuration, and the second key set is visible through the first portion and the second portion covers the first key set when the cover is in the second configuration.
Abstract:
A capacitive electro-acoustic transducer includes a pair of input terminals, a pair of output terminals, an electrode plate, and a diaphragm. The pair of input terminals receives an audio signal, and the pair of output terminals outputs the audio signal, wherein at least one terminal of these terminals is a conductive magnet. The electrode plate has a first end and a second end electrically connected to a first input terminal of the pair of input terminals and a first output terminal of the pair of output terminals, respectively. The diaphragm is disposed on one side of the electrode plate and has a third end and a fourth end electrically connected to a second input terminal of the pair of input terminals and a second output terminal of the pair of output terminals, respectively.
Abstract:
A handheld electronic device including a first body, a second body, a sliding block and a linkage mechanism is provided. The first body is stacked on the second body. The sliding block is located between the first body and the second body, and is slidably coupled to the first body. The linkage mechanism is connected between the sliding block and the second body, by which while the first body and the second body are spread in a direction, the first body and the second body are approximately coplanar. Therefore, space in the device can be used efficiently. Besides, the device can be more miniaturized and operated more conveniently.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for selecting characters and a device thereof. The method comprises the steps of sensing a touch on a first key, which has a plurality of characters marked thereon; confirming the touch and displaying the plurality of characters associated with the first key on a display unit; sensing a shifting motion of the touch on the first key; and selecting one of the plurality of characters associated with the first key in response to the shifting motion of the touch. The present invention further provides a character input module and an electronic device for implementing the character selection method.

Abstract:
A bio-measuring meter is provided. The bio-measuring meter includes a receptacle receiving a sample strip for the bio-measuring meter; and a figured piece identifying device comprising plural switches for receiving a figured piece, wherein at least one of the plural switches is switched by the figured piece to generate a current signal, and a datum of the sample strip is adjusted by a predefined respective parameter for the current signal.
Abstract:
A data storage disk capable of limiting a crack from extending during operation is provided. The data storage disk has a center, an outer edge, an inner edge, and at least one slot. The slot is disposed between the outer edge and the inner edge. When a crack occurs in the disk, the slot disperses a stress which forces the crack to extend. Therefore, the slot hinders extension of the crack to prevent the disk from break.
Abstract:
When a disk drive is running, airflow is generated in the disk drive. The disk drive includes a tray and a housing. A plurality of through-holes are disposed on the tray, and the housing accommodates the tray therein. While airflow flows over the through-hole, noise is generated. Walls are formed on the rim of the through-hole to reduce this noise. A sponge for absorbing noise is adhered on the inner top portion of the housing for absorbing noise. As holes are located on the front end of the tray for guiding airflow, noise is reduced to a lower level.
