Abstract:
A method of setting an exclusive controller for a water heater, wherein a plurality of controllers are provided for user to operate to control a water heater, includes the steps of: a) Provide each controller an identification code, and saving the identification codes of the controllers in a processor of a water heater; b) Input a command through a controller, and sending the command to the processor of the water heater, wherein the command includes the identification code of the controller; c) Make a recording that the controller is an exclusive controller when the identification code in the command is identical to the identification code in the processor; d) Execute the command from the exclusive controller to control the water heater, and rejecting commands from the other controllers; and e) Repeat the step d until the recording of the exclusive controller is canceled.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a pressure gauge for measuring a pressure of a source. The pressure gauge includes a case, a flexible film, a magnetic device, a coil, a processor, and a screen. The case has a bore connecting the source. The coil is provided in the case. The flexible film is provided on an inner side of the case to cover the bore that the flexible film is expandable by the pressure of the source. The magnetic device is received in the case to be moved relative to the coil by the flexible film. The movement of the magnetic device causes the coil to generate an induced electromotive force, and the processor may find the gas pressure according to the induced electromotive force, and show it on the screen.
Abstract:
A water heater includes a combustor, a gas valve, a blower, a detector, and an operating device. The detector senses a speed of a motor of the blower. The operating device is stored with reference speed ranges under various gas supplies to control the gas valve to cut off the gas supply when the detector senses that the speed of the motor of the blower is beyond the reference speed range

Abstract:
The present invention provides a method of detecting water heater safety, wherein the water heater includes a blower and a combustor. The method includes starting the blower and detecting blower speed after a certain amount of time; comparing the blower speed with a first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the speed of the blower is within the first speed range, or providing an alarm when the blower speed is beyond the first speed range; detecting the speed of the blower again after the combustor heats water for a time; comparing blower speed with a second first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the blower speed is within the second speed range, or stopping gas when the blower speed is beyond the second speed range.
Abstract:
A combustor assembly of a water heater, which is provided between an air blower and a burner set to guide air from the air blower to the burner set, includes a first board, a second board and a third board stacked in sequence. Between the first board and the second board there is a first chamber and a first port, and between the second board and the first board there is a second chamber and a second port. The second board and the third board both have apertures. These boards restrict and divide an air flow of the air blower to flow along several paths to increase heat efficiency.

Abstract:
A combustor of a water heater includes a burner member and a flame cover. The burner member has a passageway therein with an inlet and an outlet. The flame cover has a plurality of flame holes. The character of the present invention is that the burner member is provided with a room at a top thereof communicated with the passageway. A separating device is put in the room, and the flame cover is connected to the burner member to cover the separating device The separating device has a main outlet and two side outlets right under the flame holes of the flame cover to generate main flames and side flames respectively.
Abstract:
The oxygen sensing device contains a power circuit supplying the electricity required, an oxygen sensor for detecting the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere, an alarm system issuing an audible or visual alarm signal, and a controller. The controller is a computing device having a preset threshold value that continuously obtains the current oxygen concentration from the oxygen sensor. The controller then can calculate and obtain the variation rate of the oxygen concentration in a unit time. If the controller detects that the current oxygen concentration is about to drop below the threshold value, it will activate the alarm system to issue an alarm to alert people to take immediate and proper action.
