Abstract: Embodiments relate to a signaling processing method and user equipment. The signaling processing method includes: measuring a received signal level of user equipment with respect to a current cell, determining a camping parameter of the user equipment with respect to the cell according to the received signal level, making compensation for the camping parameter, and determining that the user equipment camps on the cell if the camping parameter after compensation is greater than a preset camping threshold.
