Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell reselection method and a mobile terminal. The method includes: in a process of cell reselection, if learning through determining that a current serving cell is a high-quality cell, choosing to continue to camp on the serving cell, where the high-quality cell is a cell satisfying a determining rule for promoting a cell to a high-quality cell.
