Abstract: A method and an apparatus (400) for performing fault detection, are provided includes: controlling, by a power station management system in a preset photovoltaic module order by using an inverter connected to a current to-be-detected photovoltaic module, the current to-be-detected photovoltaic module to be in a target status, and when determining that the current to-be-detected photovoltaic module is in the target status, controlling a mobile image capturing terminal to collect image data of the current to-be-detected photovoltaic module (S201), where the image data is used to detect a fault status of the current to-be-detected photovoltaic module; and when determining that the mobile image capturing terminal obtains the image data of the current to-be-detected photovoltaic module through collection, continuing, by the power station management system, to control, in the preset photovoltaic module order by using an inverter connected to a next to-be-detected photovoltaic module.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for detecting capacitance of a filter capacitor of an inverter are provided, wherein each output terminal of the inverter is connected to one terminal of a first filter capacitor through an inductor, and the other terminals of all first filter capacitors are interconnected. The method includes: outputting a first voltage {dot over (U)}1i through an ith output terminal of the inverter, i=1, 2 . . . N, i≠j, 1≤j≤N, i and j are positive integers, and N is a total quantity of output terminals of the inverter; obtaining İik and determining a ratio of |İij| to |İik|, where İik is a current of an inductor connected to a kth output terminal when the ith output terminal outputs the first voltage {dot over (U)}1i, k=1, 2 . . . N, and k is a positive integer; and determining capacitance of a first filter capacitor connected to the jth output terminal based on İij, {dot over (U)}1i, and the ratio of |İij| to |İik|.

Abstract: A bidirectional on-board charger includes a direct current bus, two bus capacitors, a power factor correction circuit, and a controller. The power factor correction circuit includes: a first bridge arm; and three second bridge arms, separately connected in series between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the direct current bus. The controller is configured to: control the first switch (K1) to be turned off, and control at least one of the second bridge arms to output a direct current to charge a power battery; or control the first switch (K1) to be turned on, and control a midpoint of at least one of the second bridge arms to output an alternating current to supply power to an alternating current load. A Vehicle power system and an electric vehicle are further disclosed. The charger reduces circuit costs.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an arc detection method for performing protection in an energy storage system, and a related apparatus, to improve accuracy of arc detection in an energy storage system, promptly take an arc extinguishing measure, and reduce a probability of causing a safety hazard. The method in the embodiments of this application includes: A control apparatus obtains an electrical signal at an electrical connection point in an energy storage system. The control apparatus determines a frequency domain amplitude based on a frequency domain characteristic of the electrical signal. When the frequency domain amplitude is greater than a preset amplitude, the control apparatus controls the energy storage system to perform an arc extinguishing and protection operation on the electrical connection point.
