Abstract: A solid-state transformer, a power supply device, and a data center, related to the field of power technologies, to resolve problems of low power density and high manufacturing costs of the solid-state transformer. The solid-state transformer includes a housing and M power conversion units. The M power conversion units include a first power conversion circuit, a high-frequency transformer, and a second power conversion circuit, and the first power conversion circuit is coupled to the second power conversion circuit by using the high-frequency transformer. The housing has an insulation base and a conductive enclosure, the conductive enclosure is sleeved on an outer surface of the insulation base. The insulation base has an accommodating cavity, and in the M power conversion units, at least first power conversion circuits are disposed in the accommodating cavity at intervals, where M is an integer greater than 1.

Abstract: This application relates to a transformer and power equipment. The transformer includes: a low-voltage coil; a high-voltage coil; a magnetic core, where at least a part of the magnetic core is penetrated through the low-voltage coil and the high-voltage coil; an insulation member with a ground plane disposed on an outer surface of the insulation member; and a voltage uniform layer. The insulation member is wrapped around the high-voltage coil, so that the high-voltage coil is insulated from the low-voltage coil and the magnetic core, heat dissipation of the high-voltage coil, low-voltage coil and the magnetic core can be facilitated, and a service life of the transformer can be prolonged. A structure of the transformer is simplified, so that installation and maintenance of the low-voltage coil and the magnetic core can be facilitated, and processing and maintenance costs of the transformer can be reduced.

Abstract: This application provides a voltage sampler and a solid-state transformer. The voltage sampler includes a conductive housing, at least one sampling board located inside the housing, and a conducting layer. Each sampling board includes at least two resistors and a voltage input end. The resistors in the sampling board are electrically connected in sequence in the direction from a first end to a second end. The resistor at the first end is electrically connected to the voltage input end. The resistor at the second end is electrically connected to the housing, and the housing is electrically connected to a fixed potential end. The conducting layer is disposed between the at least one sampling board and the housing in the voltage sampler. The conducting layer is electrically connected to a resistor in the sampling board.
