Abstract: An antenna including a remote electrical tilt drive for driving a movable phase shifter linkage is provided. The remote electrical tilt drive comprises a shape memory alloy arrangement attached to a non-moving part of the antenna and to the movable phase shifter linkage, wherein the shape memory alloy arrangement is configured to move the movable phase shifter linkage in a predetermined direction upon an electrical current being supplied to the shape memory alloy arrangement, and a counter motion member attached to the non-moving part of the antenna and to the movable phase shifter linkage and configured to move the movable phase shifter linkage in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction.

Abstract: A multiband antenna system comprises a first massive multiple input multiple output (mMIMO) antenna array comprising a plurality of first antenna elements for use in a first frequency band and at least a second antenna array comprising a plurality of second antenna elements for use in a second frequency band lower than the first frequency band. The second antenna array is at least partially interleaved with the first mMIMO antenna array. The multiband antenna system further includes a distribution network for distributing input and/or output signals of the antenna elements of the second antenna array arranged in a distribution layer, and a transition device.

Abstract: A dual band antenna element comprises a support structure being a single molded part; a first feeding circuit and a second feeding circuit both arranged on the support structure; and a first radiating element arranged on the support structure and configured to radiate in a first operating frequency band. The first radiating element is fed by the first feeding circuit. Furthermore, a second radiating element is arranged on the support structure and configured to radiate in a second operating frequency band that is lower than the first operating frequency band. The second radiating element is fed by the second feeding circuit.
