Abstract: An embodiment power control method includes obtaining, by a base station, a bit error rate (BER) of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of a UE at a subframe i, and sending a transmit power control command δ′PUCCH(i−km) having a value related to a transmit power control command obtained by the base station at a subframe i−km and that is determined according to the relationship of the BER to a bit error rate reference value. An embodiment base station includes a second obtaining unit configured to obtain a BER of a PUCCH of a UE at a subframe i and a second sending unit configured to send a transmit power control command δ′PUCCH(i−km) having a value related to a transmit power control command obtained by the base station at a subframe i−km and that is determined according to the relationship of the BER to a bit error rate reference value.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to a technical solution of sharing data with a nearby device by using a wireless communications technology. In a method for printing a photo, a mobile phone first selects a to-be-printed photo, then discovers a nearby device by using the foregoing related wireless communications technology, and displays the discovered device such as a printer or a projector on the mobile phone; and then a user performs a tap operation on the discovered printer, so that one-tap printing can be implemented. In this way, printing efficiency of an electronic device is improved, and user experience is also improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a service allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: firstly, generating, by a core network side device, a first dedicated network identifier according to an association relationship sent by user equipment UE, where the first dedicated network identifier is used to identify the association relationship; secondly, sending, by the core network side device, the first dedicated network identifier to the UE; receiving, by the core network side device, a service request message sent by the UE; and finally, allocating a service to the UE according to the service request message and the first dedicated network identifier. Because each wireless router has a unique first dedicated network identifier, the core network side device can provide, according to the first dedicated network identifier, a targeted service or tariff policy for UE corresponding to each wireless router.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a power control method and a base station. The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, INPUCCH(i), where the INPUCCH(i) is average interference noise power of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carried by radio resources that are allocated by the base station at a subframe i; and sending, by the base station, a parameter PO—NOMINAL—PUCCH(i) for power control at the subframe i. In the embodiments of the present invention, the base station may send a more accurate parameter to a UE, so that PUCCH transmit power which is at the subframe i and calculated by the UE is more accurate, and network interference caused by increasing the PUCCH transmit power is further reduced.
