Abstract: In a method, a media delivery server may receive indication information that indicates a man-machine interaction environment of a user corresponding to UE during a call service execution period and that is sent by the UE. Then, the media delivery server may determine, based on the indication information, whether to deliver media content to the UE during the call service execution period. Alternatively, after receiving the indication information, the media delivery server may determine to-be-delivered media content based on the indication information, and deliver the to-be-delivered media content to the UE during the call service execution period. The indication information can reflect the man-machine interaction environment of the user during the call service execution period.

Abstract: A correlation charging method and a charging apparatus, wherein the charging apparatus may determine, based on identifiers of a plurality of application servers in a notification message sent by a CSCF device, whether the charging apparatus receives charging request messages from all the ASs; then send a detection message to a first AS from which the charging apparatus has not received any charging request message, to detect a charging capability of the first AS; and learn of the charging capability of the first AS based on a response message returned by the first AS. In this way, the charging apparatus can learn of charging capabilities of all the ASs, and charge the service based on the charging capabilities of all the ASs in a unified manner.

Abstract: This application provides example methods, systems, and devices for performing charging on a network resource. One example method includes sending, by a network slice charging function device, a first message to a network slice management function device, where the first message includes an identifier of a network slice instance and filtering information, the filtering information indicates the network slice management function device to send a value that is of a network slice performance indicator of the network slice instance and that matches the filtering information, and the network slice performance indicator describes network performance of the network slice instance. The network slice charging function device can then receive a second message from the network slice management function device, where the second message includes the value. The network slice charging function device can then perform charging on the network slice instance based on the value.

Abstract: A charging method, a charging device, and a charging system, where the charging method includes receiving, by an access device, information about a granted traffic volume that is returned by a charging device according to a traffic volume request, and sending, by the access device, a charging request to the charging device according to usage of the granted traffic volume by an end user, where linear traffic information carried in the charging request is a parameter related to each phase of linear traffic generated in a process in which the end user uses the granted traffic volume. Thus, information about each phase of linear traffic generated within a time in which a granted traffic volume is used is reported such that a charging device can accurately trace traffic usage at a specific time point by a user according to the linear traffic information.
