Abstract: The present invention discloses a signal display output method, apparatus and system, which pertain to the field of computer technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a TV box expansion device, a radio television signal by using a radio frequency port; performing, by the TV box expansion device, demodulation processing on the radio television signal to obtain a to-be-decoded digital signal; and sending, by the TV box expansion device, the to-be-decoded digital signal to an IP TV box, so that the IP TV box performs decoding processing on the to-be-decoded digital signal to obtain the decoded digital signal for display output. Use flexibility of the IP TV box can be improved by using the present invention.
