Abstract: An integrated circuit, a control method, and a system are provided, to improve reliability of the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit mainly includes a power supply pin, a configuration pin, a switchable pull-up resistor, and a control unit. The integrated circuit can provide a control signal for a target chip using the configuration pin of the integrated circuit. In the integrated circuit, a first end of the switchable pull-up resistor is connected to the power supply pin, a second end of the switchable pull-up resistor is connected to the configuration pin, and a control end of the switchable pull-up resistor is connected to the control unit. The power supply pin can receive a power supply voltage of the integrated circuit.

Abstract: A processing circuit includes a load unit and a detection circuit, and a proportional relationship exists between a load value of the load unit and a load value of a first pixel line. The load value of the load unit is obtained through the detection circuit, to obtain the load value of the first pixel line. Then, based on the load value of the first pixel line, a drive current circuit is controlled to provide a corresponding drive current to the first pixel line. When the drive current enables a light-emitting diode (LED) on the first pixel line to emit light within drive time, a current value is as small as possible.

Abstract: A projection apparatus includes a pixel array disposed on a substrate, where the pixel array has a light-emitting feature; a cantilever beam disposed on the substrate and configured to fasten a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) lens, where the cantilever beam is disposed outside the pixel array, the MEMS lens is configured to scan the pixel array, the cantilever beam and the MEMS lens form a MEMS lens scanner; and a driver coupled to the pixel array and the MEMS lens and configured to drive the pixel array having a light-emitting feature to perform color display to obtain a projected image.
