    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus, so that in a movement process of the communication apparatus, when a neighboring relationship between different cells may continuously change, because the communication apparatus may perform communication by using different target bandwidth information based on different movement information, implementation complexity of PCI planning can be reduced, and communication performance can be improved. In the method, the communication apparatus determines target bandwidth information, where the target bandwidth information is associated with movement information of the communication apparatus; and the communication apparatus performs communication based on the target bandwidth information.

    Abstract: A quantity of antennas included in the antenna assembly is greater than a quantity of receive antennas supported by customer premises equipment (CPE). Therefore, when a network changes, the CPE may select, from a plurality of antennas included in the antenna assembly, a quantity of antennas with relatively good data transmission performance as receive antennas, where the quantity is the same as the quantity of receive antennas supported by the CPE. That is, the CPE may not need to adjust directions of antennas, but select, from a redundant quantity of set antennas, antennas with relatively good receiving performance to ensure that the CPE is aligned with a direction with relatively good signal quality.

    Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and apparatus. A network device receives first information from a terminal device, where the first information indicates a transmission capability of the terminal device. The network device determines, based on the first information, scheduling information supported by the terminal device, where the scheduling information includes a maximum quantity of data blocks and/or a maximum quantity of bits that can be transmitted in a single time domain unit. The network device schedules the terminal device based on the scheduling information. The network device can learn of an actual transmission capability of the terminal device, and therefore can determine a scheduling policy based on the actual transmission capability of the terminal device.
