Abstract: In a method, after receiving a packet including first information, a server validates a configuration for a data node in a storage location identified by the first information. When the configuration for the data node fails to pass the validation, if the packet includes a first parameter, the server enables, based on the first parameter, a mode of outputting configuration information, and outputs recommended configuration information.
