Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method, a user equipment, and a network side device. The method includes generating a concurrency policy, which is used to indicate a user equipment to select at least one access network from at least two access networks to transmit at least one data stream. The concurrency policy is sent to the user equipment through a first data connection between a first access network in the at least two access networks and the user equipment.
