In a specific implementation, the polymer waveguide includes at least a section of transmission waveguide and a section of dispersion compensation waveguide. The transmission waveguide is connected to the dispersion compensation waveguide. Dispersion symbols of the dispersion compensation waveguide and the transmission waveguide are opposite.
