    Abstract: A clamp assembly includes a body having a jaw receiving cavity. A jaw actuator assembly is positioned within the jaw receiving cavity. A first jaw member is positioned within a first jaw guide associated with the body and the jaw receiving cavity and is operatively coupled to the jaw actuator assembly. A second jaw member is positioned within a second jaw guide associated with the body and the jaw receiving cavity and is operatively coupled to the jaw actuator assembly. The first and second jaw members are movable within the jaw receiving cavity between a loading position and a clamping position. The jaw actuator assembly moves the jaw members from the loading position and the clamping position. The clamp assembly applies sufficient clamping or gripping force on the fiber optic cable to hold the fiber optic cable without degrading or damaging the fiber optic cable resulting in signal loss.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a utility enclosure that can store fiber optic cables that includes an underground enclosure and a cable storage system mountable to a wall of the enclosure. The cable storage system includes a cable storage wheel for storing the fiber optic cable, a mounting plate used to secure the cable storage wheel to the wall of the enclosure, and a spacer. The spacer has a first end secured to the mounting plate and a second end secured to the cable storage wheel for maintaining the cable storage wheel in a spaced relationship relative to the wall of the enclosure.

    Abstract: A cable clamp for clamping drop cables to main span cables. The cable clamp has a body that includes an elongated drop cable guide, an elongated main span cable guide, and main body section between the drop cable guide and the main span cable guide. The body has a lower body half and an upper body half. The lower body half is movable relative to the upper body half between at least one open position and a clamping position. When the body is in a clamping position the lower body half and upper body half of the drop cable guide form a drop cable opening, and the lower body half and upper body half of the main span cable guide form a main span cable opening. A stem extends through the lower body half of the main body section and is releasably secured to the upper body half of the main body section such that rotational movement of the stem is translated to movement of the lower body half relative to the upper body half. The stem has a collar and a spring is positioned on the stem between the collar and the lower body half of the main body section to normally bias the body to the clamping position.

    Abstract: A tool for wrapping a formed wire around a cable is provided. The tool includes a handle portion and a head portion. The handle portion has an elongated body and a hand grip portion attached to the elongated body. The head portion has a cover pivotably attached to a base. When the cover is pivoted into contact with the base a cable receiving opening is formed between the cover and the base. The head portion also includes a pusher member extending from the cover or the base into the cable receiving opening. The pusher member is adapted to contact and push strands of a formed wire when the tool is in use.
