More specifically, a processor is configured to determine whether a vehicle is driving in rain via shifting stage input signals and an input signal from a rain sensor when the vehicle turns on; and then increase a current pedal effort of the accelerator pedal to a preset pedal effort when the vehicle is determined to be in rain-driving state.
