摘要: A power train for an electric vehicle may include an input shaft to which a motor is fixedly connected; a driving gear rotatably mounted on the input shaft; an output shaft disposed in parallel to the input shaft; a driven gear fixed to the output shaft and gear-engaged with the driving gear; a planetary gear set including first, second and third rotation elements wherein the first rotation element is fixedly connected to the input shaft and the second rotation element is fixedly connected to the driving gear, and the third rotation element is restrained from rotating; a friction clutch configured for selectively connecting the input shaft to the driving gear and configured for selectively connecting the input shaft to the driving gear; and a restraining device provided to the third rotation element to implement two states so that only one-way rotation of the third rotation element of the planetary gear set is restrained or two-way rotation thereof is restrained.

摘要: A hybrid powertrain may include a first shifting module including a motor input shaft having a motor directly connected to the motor shaft and provided to form two shifting stages having the largest gear ratios in sequence among a series of shifting stages; a second shifting module including an engine input shaft concentrically mounted with the motor input shaft and connected to an engine through a main clutch, and provided to form the remaining shifting stages of the series of shifting stages; a center synchro mounted to intermit the motor input shaft and the engine input shaft; and a continuous variable device provided to implement a state in which the first shifting module forms a gear ratio smaller than a shifting stage having a small gear ratio among the shifting stages of the first shifting module by a continuously controlled friction force.

摘要: A backward driving control method for a hybrid vehicle may include a condition determination operation of, when the driver performs a shifting to a reverse gear stage, determining whether the rotation speed of a motor in the forward direction exceeds a reference speed and whether the torque of the motor exceeds a reference torque, a first backward driving operation of, when the rotation speed of the motor exceeds the predetermined reference speed and when the torque of the motor exceeds the predetermined reference torque, implementing the reverse gear stage using a backward driving implementation device of the transmission, a zero-torque control operation of decreasing the torque of the motor to zero, a forward driving conversion operation of shifting the transmission to a forward gear stage, and a second backward driving operation of driving the motor in the reverse direction to implement the reverse gear stage.
