摘要： A corner joint of a frame for fixing a solar panel disposed between two adjacent frame pieces of the frame includes an L shaped member and a sheath. Two ends of the L shaped member separately extend to one corresponding frame piece of the two adjacent frame pieces to form an extending arm plugged into a latching slot defined in an end of the corresponding frame piece. The L shaped member further includes a bending portion defining a mortise extending to the extending arm. The sheath includes two adjacent joint surfaces for abutting the two adjacent frame pieces. The sheath defines an upper receiving space and a lower receiving space therein. The upper receiving space and the lower receiving space are separately exposed from the joint surfaces. The upper receiving space and the lower receiving space are configured for receiving a corner of the solar panel and the bending portion, respectively. The sheath further includes a tenon capable of being plugged into the mortise and received in the latching slot such that the sheath joins the L shaped member and the solar panel. The corner joint can be easily molded and the manufacturing cost thereof is low.

摘要： A braking mechanism for empty nail cartridge of a nail gun includes a guiding plate, a cover plate, a punch rod, a securing slide rod and a nail cartridge. A nail hole and an end hole are defined in the guiding plate. A connecting hole is defined in the guiding plate. The nail hole and the connecting hole communicate with the punching channel respectively. A connecting groove is defined in the cover plate. A nail pusher and a pushing arm are arranged in the nail cartridge to provide resilient force along a nail filling direction. The pushing arm is pivotably placed on the nail pusher adjacent to the brake portion for affording the resilient force. The pushing arm is opposite to the nail hole. The pushing arm pushes the nails into the punch channel in sequence and allows the brake portion of the nail pusher to go through the end hole and move into the end hole to block the stopper of the securing sliding rod when the nails is use up. The pushing arm moves into the connecting groove via the connecting hole, so as to improve the yield rate of the brake of the empty nail cartridge of the nail gun.

摘要： A locking mechanism for a nail gun includes a side slot formed on a bottom side of a gun body and a nail supplying slot connected to a drive track of the nail gun. A stopper element is formed on a side of a slider element corresponding to the side slot. The gun also includes a magazine in which a nail pusher facing the nail supplying slot and a lockout element facing the side slot are formed. The nail pusher has an ear portion. The lockout element includes a pushing arm and a moveable guide slot capping with the ear portion to restrict the sliding movement of the lockout element on the nail pusher. As the pushing arm extends towards the corresponding end of the nail supplying slot, a nail is pushed into the drive track to shoot. The lockout element enters into the side slot to block the stopper element when the nail is exhausted, so as to enhance the shooting blocking effect of the nail gun.
