Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program for detecting peer pressure is provided. The present invention may include receiving at least one input including a contentious statement relating to a topic and detecting a plurality of media content associated with the topic. The present invention may then include determining a plurality of social interactions including at least one aggregation associated with the plurality of media content. The present invention may further include calculating a plurality of balance values associated with the plurality of social interactions based on the at least one aggregation. The present invention may further include outputting a plurality of time-series data associated with the plurality of balance values.
