摘要： The present disclosure relates to a nucleic acid nanoparticle comprising a single stranded nucleic acid scaffold encoding one or more RNA molecules of interest and a plurality of single stranded nucleic acid oligomers, where each oligomer is complementary to at least a portion of the single stranded nucleic acid scaffold. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use thereof.
