Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide a production system that can easily reference a video pertaining to a specific action or operation of a device. A production system (10) is provided with a log generation unit (51a), a video generation unit (51b), a recording unit (51c), and a control unit (51d). The log generation unit (51a) generates log information pertaining to an action of a device (20) implementing a process and/or log information pertaining to an operation of a worker operating the device (20). The video generation unit (51b) generates video data of an action of the device (20) and/or video data of an operation by the worker. The recording unit (51c) records the log information generated by the log generation unit (51a), in association with the video data generated by the video generation unit (51b). The control unit (51d) controls the recording unit (51c), and causes the recording unit (51c) to record the video data of a time zone in which the log information is used as a reference point, in association with the log information.

Abstract: In a weighing and packaging system 1, an analysis unit 714 ascertains a fluctuation tendency in a time series for a measured value of information pertaining to a time in which a group of articles C passes between a light-projecting unit 27a and a light-receiving unit 27b of a detection sensor 27 of a bag-making and packaging unit 3, and adjusts a transverse seal timing or a cycle time in accordance with the fluctuation tendency. As a result, articles can be prevented in advance from being bitten during transverse sealing.

Abstract: Provided is a device management system to suppress decreases in producibility. A device management system manages a plurality of production-line-configuring devices configuring a production line to produce products, and has a device state data storage part, an analysis part, and a server output part. The production-line-configuring devices include a combination weighing machine to weigh the products, a bag-making and packaging machine to package the products, and a boxing device to box the packaged products into boxes. The device state data storage part accumulates device state data, which is information pertaining to the components included in the production-line-configuring devices. The analysis part performs an analysis process to analyze the device state data accumulated in the device state data storage part. The server output part outputs maintenance information, which pertains to maintenance of the components, on the basis of the results of the analysis process.
