    摘要: A reinforcing bar binding machine is provided with a control unit operated in such a manner that at the time of turning on an electric power source switch, a setting position of a motor drive adjustment dial and a state of a trigger lever are read, and when the motor drive adjustment dial is at a specific setting position and when the trigger lever is turned on, a binding wire cutting mechanism is driven by a predetermined number of times for warming up the binding wire cutting mechanism. When the warming-up operation is carried out in a cold environment, it is possible to reduce the viscosity of grease coated on a mechanism portion. Therefore, it is possible to lower a viscosity of grease applied on a mechanical portion and conduct a reinforcing bar binding work without wasting a binding wire in the same manner as that in a warm environment.

    摘要: It includes a driving load detecting device which detects a driving load amount of a tie wire cutting mechanism, and a tie wire feeding amount control device which controls a feeding amount of the tie wire in a subsequent tying operation in accordance with the detected driving load amount. If the driving load amount when cutting the tie wire is equal to or less than a cutting determination reference value, the tie wire is fed by a normal feeding amount with a predetermined amount being added thereto in the subsequent tying operation to compensate the tie wire feeding amount, whereby a tip end of the tie wire is fed to a position which is same as the position in the normal state. The subsequent tying cycle is executed normally even if the tip end of the biding wire is failed to be clamped due to the failure of the feeding operation of the tie wire and the tie wire is pulled excessively.

A driven gear 14 having a V groove of the binding wire feed mechanism is brought into elastic contact with a main drive gear 13 having a V groove by a spring and the binding wire is fed by pinching the binding wire by the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove. After feeding out the binding wire to form a loop around the reinforcing bar and clamping a front end of the binding wire by a twist mechanism, the binding wire feed mechanism is rotated reversely and the binding wire is pulled back to be wound around the reinforcing bar. After stopping the binding wire, the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove are slipped relative to the binding wire to rotate idly and continue to rotate reversely until a predetermined rotational number.

The binding line clamp apparatus (25) is rotated by a twist motor (21) and the shift mechanism twists up the wire by moving forward the binding line clamp apparatus (25). Since the wire is applied with the tension and twisted, a reinforcing bar binding strength of the wire loop is stabilized.
