摘要: A final gear (23) and a ball screw shaft (24) of a rotation drive system of a binding line twist mechanism are connected by a spline and a shaft portion of a center clamp plate (26) of a binding line clamp apparatus (25) is connected to a front end of the ball screw shaft (24). A shift mechanism for moving the ball screw shaft (24) and the binding line clamp apparatus (25) in a front and rear direction by a slide motor (22) is provided. A wire (W) is wound around a reinforcing bar (S) by a binding line feed mechanism, the wire is grasped by a front end portion of the binding line clamp apparatus (25) and thereafter, a shift mechanism applies a tension to a loop of the wire by moving rearward the binding line clamp apparatus (25). The binding line clamp apparatus (25) is rotated by a twist motor (21) and the shift mechanism twists up the wire by moving forward the binding line clamp apparatus (25). Since the wire is applied with the tension and twisted, a reinforcing bar binding strength of the wire loop is stabilized.

摘要: A front end of a ball screw shaft driven by a motor is connected with a binding line clamp apparatus (513) including three clamp plates (514, 515, 516). The left and right clamp plates (515, 516) are constituted to be brought into elastic contact with the center clamp plate (515) and close the left and right clamp plates by operation of cams (527, 528) when a sleeve is moved rearward. In a state of opening the clamp plates, a binding line is fed out to an upper side by passing through an interval between the right clamp plate (515) and the center clamp plate (514), formed in a loop shape and moved into an interval between the left clamp plate (516) and the center clamp plate (517). When the sleeve is moved rearward by driving to rotate a ball screw shaft, the left and right clamp plates are closed to grasp a front end and a rear end of the binding line loop and thereafter, the binding line clamp apparatus is rotated to twist the binding line to bind a reinforcing bar.

摘要: A reverse rotational number of a binding wire feed mechanism is set such that a binding wire is completely pulled back regardless of a boldness or flexibility of the binding wire, a diameter of a reinforcing bar or the like. A driven gear 14 having a V groove of the binding wire feed mechanism is brought into elastic contact with a main drive gear 13 having a V groove by a spring and the binding wire is fed by pinching the binding wire by the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove. After feeding out the binding wire to form a loop around the reinforcing bar and clamping a front end of the binding wire by a twist mechanism, the binding wire feed mechanism is rotated reversely and the binding wire is pulled back to be wound around the reinforcing bar. After stopping the binding wire, the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove are slipped relative to the binding wire to rotate idly and continue to rotate reversely until a predetermined rotational number.

After stopping the binding wire, the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove are slipped relative to the binding wire to rotate idly and continue to rotate reversely until a predetermined rotational number.

摘要: A part clamp is temporarily held in a short cylindrical portion provided on a contact arm of a nailing machine and is nailed to a building body or the like by the nailing machine. The part clamp is provided with a base portion having a through hole at its center for inserting a nail therethrough, and an engaging portions for engaging with the short cylindrical portion. When the part clamp is pushed in the axial direction of an injection port of the nailing machine, the part clamp is temporarily held in the short cylindrical portion. The load to push the part clamp to engage with the short cylindrical portion is lower than the load to push the contact arm to slide along the injection port.

摘要: In a gas combustion type striking machine, a combustion chamber is opened and closed by moving a movable sleeve in a vertical direction. A safety lever is attached to a trigger, and a switch is switched by being pressed by a switch lever arranged to be engageable with the safety lever. A hold member which is engageable with the movable sleeve is rotatably connected to the trigger. A shaft supporting a base end of the hold member positions between a shaft supporting the switch lever and a cylinder in a right-left direction which is perpendicular to the vertical direction.

The fluid supply control device includes a gauging chamber configured to be charged with a fluid, an inlet port through which the fluid flows into the gauging chamber, an outlet port through which the fluid flows out from the gauging chamber, a first valve element arranged inside the gauging chamber to close the inlet port, a second valve element arranged inside the gauging chamber to close the outlet port, an electromagnetic biasing structure configured to electromagnetically bias the first valve element and the second valve element, and an elastic biasing structure configured to elastically bias at least one of the first valve element and the second valve element. The first valve element and the second valve element are independently movable and are actuated with a time difference.

摘要: An injection nozzle 21 for injecting a combustible gas into an annular combustion chamber 10 formed above a driving cylinder 4 is formed so as to face the interior of the combustion chamber 10, in which a rotary fan 24 for mixing a combustion gas supplied into the combustion chamber 10 and air is provided. A vortex generator 33 is formed in an upstream side of the injection nozzle 21 in an air flow formed in the combustion chamber 10 by the rotary fan. Vortexes are generated near the injection nozzle 21 in the combustion chamber 10 by the vortex generator 33, so that the mixing of the combustion gas and air is promoted.
