摘要： The present invention relates to a plasmid comprising a sequence encoding for a fragment of p185neu chosen in the group consisting of SEQ ID 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 carried by applying a pulsating voltage having an intensity comprised in the range from 100 to 200 V, through a needle electrode for use in the preventive or therapeutic treatment of subjects at risk of developing p185neu-positive tumors, or of patients with p185neu-positive primary tumors, metastasis or relapses.
