Abstract: A magnetic field sensor includes a first sensor bridge circuit including a first plurality of magnetic field sensor elements and a second plurality of magnetic field sensor elements, wherein the first plurality of magnetic field sensor elements are positioned symmetrical to the second plurality of magnetic field sensor elements across a center of symmetry, wherein the first and the second pluralities of magnetic field sensor elements are separated by a first sensor pitch; and a second sensor bridge circuit including a third plurality of magnetic field sensor elements and a fourth plurality of magnetic field sensor elements, wherein the third plurality of magnetic field sensor elements are positioned symmetrical to the fourth plurality of magnetic field sensor elements across the center of symmetry, wherein the third and the fourth pluralities of magnetic field sensor elements are separated by a second sensor pitch that is equal to the first sensor pitch.

Abstract: A current sensor includes a selector switch configured to output a first pair of differential sensor signals and a second pair of differential sensor signals if configured in a first switch state, and output a third pair of differential sensor signals and a fourth pair of differential sensor signals if configured in a second switch state; and a differential circuit coupled to the selector switch. If the selector switch is configured in the first switch state, the differential circuit is configured to generate a first output signal representative of a first difference between the first and the second pairs of differential sensor signals. If the selector switch is configured in the second switch state, the differential circuit is configured to generate a second output signal representative of a second difference between the third and the fourth pairs of differential sensor signals.

Abstract: An apparatus for linearizing an input signal includes a memory, in which an output value is stored for each of a plurality of linearization points. The linearization points divide a value range into a plurality of intervals. Each interval is delimited by a first linearization point with an assigned first output value and a second linearization point with an assigned second output value. The apparatus includes a computer device configured to determine the interval in which an input signal value of the input signal is located and to calculate a linearized output signal value for the input signal value by way of a linear interpolation using the input signal value, the first output value of this interval, and the second output value of this interval. At least two of the intervals have different interval lengths, which are formed by multiplication of an output interval length by an integer factor.
