Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate assembled to the first substrate, and several spacers disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first light-shielding layer disposed on the first base plate, wherein the first light-shielding layer includes several first light-shielding portions extending along a first direction.
