    摘要: An NMR measurement apparatus adopts a circulation flow scheme using a sample solution containing a high molecular compound representing a measuring object and a low molecular compound solution containing a low molecular compound representing a ligand.     摘要: A sample tube is used to ensure uniformity in a static magnetic field and uniformity in electromagnetic wave irradiation for NMR measurement for continuous sample injection. The sample tube is formed of a signal detecting tube having a length lying between 80% and 100% of the length of an antenna, the signal detecting tube accommodating a sample at the position of the antenna; first and second joint tubes each having an outside diameter equal to the outside diameter of the signal detecting tube and having an inside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the signal detecting tube; and injection and ejection supporting tubes each having an inside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the signal detecting tube. The first and second joint tubes have magnetic susceptibility matched to or brought close to that of a sample solvent.

By transferring the sample solution between them, the NMR measurement can be performed while maintaining a concentration of large molecules to be constant and increasing or reducing a concentration of small molecules so that a concentration ratio of the small molecules relative to the large molecules is changed, the two types of molecules being present in the sample solution.

    摘要: A configuration of an NMR apparatus is provided. In the NMR apparatus, a magnetic field space of higher uniformity is generated by split superconducting magnets. At the same time, it is provided with a cryo probe excellent in cooling capability and sensitivity between two superconducting solenoid coils constructed in very close proximity to each other. For this purpose, a probe coil provided between the two superconducting solenoid coils is so constructed that the following is implemented: a certain distance is ensured between a substrate with a coil formed thereon and another, and the substrates and spacer substrates for cooling are alternately laminated. The spacer substrates are cooled by a cold head of sapphire. When the probe coil is inserted in the same direction as a sample tube (direction perpendicular to the static magnetic field), the spacer substrates cannot be coupled directly by the cold head of sapphire. Therefore, they are cooled through a fixed substrate for thermal conduction of sapphire coupled with the cold head.
