    摘要: A small diameter cylinder 1a and a large diameter cylinder 1b connected to it are formed in a housing, and a stepped piston 8 comprising a large diameter part 8b and small diameter part 8a is inserted in these cylinders. A first pressure chamber 14a is formed on the small diameter cylinder side and a third pressure chamber 14c is formed on the large diameter cylinder side by the stepped piston 8, and an annular second pressure chamber 14b is formed on the outer circumference of the small diameter part of the stepped piston 8. An intermediate cylinder 10 is formed inside the stepped piston 8, and houses a piston 5 free to slide inside it which forms a fourth pressure chamber 14d. The fourth pressure chamber 14d is permanently connected to the third pressure chamber 14c. A rod 4 connected to the piston 5 passes through the stepped piston 8 in an axial direction. An end stopper 11 limiting the magnum stroke L1 of the piston 5 is provided, and sets the maximum stroke L2 of the stepped piston 8. By controlling the fluid pressure from the first pressure chamber 14a to the fourth pressure chamber 14d, the stroke of the rod 4 mentioned above can be stopped in the four positions 0, L1, L2, and L1+L2.

    摘要: A transmission operating apparatus includes a booster for increasing the transmission operating force, and a buffer device for suppressing rapid shift-changes caused by a change in the load due to the damper action of a hydraulic damper mechanism. A by-pass is incorporated into the buffer to permit working fluid to flow into damper chamber by-passing an orifice when necessary. A sealing member having a sealing portion is interposed in the by-pass to seal the by-pass under normal conditions but is resiliently deformed releasing the seal when the working fluid flows into the damper chamber.

    摘要: A servo operation apparatus for a transmission comprising an input shaft to which the shift-change operation force is mechanically transmitted from a shift lever, a servo unit for boosting the shift-change operation force by feeding a working fluid, and a valve device which feeds the working fluid to, or drains the working fluid from, the servo unit depending upon the shift-change operation of the shift lever, wherein provision is made of an working fluid feed control means which feeds the working fluid in such a manner that the pressure of the working fluid in the servo unit is raised with a steep gradient in the former half until a predetermined initially raised pressure value is reached and, thereafter, is raised in the latter half with a gradient less steep than that of said former half. Or, when the apparatus is equipped with a reaction device which imparts reaction to the shift-change operation force transmitted to the input shaft by utilizing the working fluid, provision is made of a working fluid feed control means which feeds the working fluid in such a manner that the rise of the pressure of the working fluid in the reaction device is delayed behind the rise of the pressure of the working fluid in the servo unit.

    摘要: An injection timing control system for a fuel-injection pump for an engine has a phase angle regulator for varying the rotational phase angle of a drive shaft of the fuel-injection pump in which a cylindrical extension of one of an input shaft adapted to be driven by the engine and an output shaft for driving the drive shaft of the pump surrounds an end portion of the other shaft in spaced apart relationship. A male spline is formed on the end portion over some axial length thereof while a female spline is formed on the extension over some axial length thereof, at least one of the splines being a helical spline. A slider is located in an annular space between the splines and formed with splines meshing therewith respectively. An annular cylinder is formed between the substantial parts of the rest axial length portions of the extension and end portion, and a piston is reciprocally received in the cylinder, the slider and piston being formed as a unit. The system also has a hydraulic pump for supplying pressurized fluid to the cylinder, the hydraulic pump being mounted on a casing enclosing the extension and rotatably supporting the one shaft and extension and being operatively connected to the extension through gear means to be driven by rotation of the extension.

    摘要: An injection timing control system for a fuel-injection pump for an engine has a phase angle regulator for varying the rotational phase angle of a drive shaft of the fuel-injection pump. The regulator has a cylindrical extension of one of an input shaft adapted to be driven by the engine and an output shafts for driving the drive shaft of the pump coaxially surrounding an end portion of the other shaft in spaced apart relationship.
