    摘要: To provide an expansion valve capable of enhancing manufacturing efficiency of a body and yield from material, thereby reducing manufacturing costs thereof. According to the expansion valve of the present invention, a body is formed by die casting an aluminum alloy, and hence even when the body has a complicated shape, it is possible to easily manufacture the body. Further, even a valve seat, which is difficult to form by extrusion, can be formed integrally with the body, and hence the manufacturing efficiency of the body can be enhanced. Furthermore, component parts, such as the valve seat and the like, conventionally formed by cutting, are also formed integrally with the body by die casting, and hence it is possible to enhance yield from material to reduce manufacturing costs of the expansion valve.

    摘要: A throttle passage is formed by providing a step portion by expanding an open end side of a refrigerant passage of the refrigeration cycle, placing a throttle passage member on the step portion, and squashing the throttle passage member using a columnar squashing jig to widen a rim of the outer periphery, thereby causing the throttle passage member to be fixedly engaged to an inner wall of the refrigerant passage. The throttle passage member has a simple shape formed only by machining a circular plate having a hole formed in a center thereof into a truncated conical shape, and therefore can be made at low cost. Throttle passage member is only squashed to be fixedly engaged in the refrigerant passage, and therefore can be easily formed.

    摘要: An expansion valve is configured such that a shaft, a first valve, a second valve, a compression coil spring, and an adjustment screw are coaxially arranged within a body exactly below a power element, and the first valve and the second valve control the flow rate in an interlocked manner. A second valve seat of the second valve is press-fitted into the body, and an amount of press-fitting of the second valve seat into the body is adjusted such that when the first valve is in a closed state in which a first valve element is seated on a first valve seat, the second valve is in a closed state in which a second valve element is seated on the second valve seat.
