In the second wall (6) a secondary air port (12) is provided with a secondary outlet opening (11) having a substantially smaller outlet area than the primary outlet opening (9) and being displaced from the primary outlet opening in opposite direction to the rotational direction of the rotor (3) and being arranged opposite to the discharging port (8), and where the primary and secondary air ports (10,12) are connected to a compressed air supply.

摘要: A conveyor capacity control system includes a conveyor operative to receive granular material at a conveyor intake thereof and convey same to a conveyor discharge with a conveying device at a conveyor flow rate up to a maximum conveyor flow rate, and a granular material container with a container discharge opening oriented to discharge granular material from the granular material container into the conveyor intake, and a discharge gate movable to control a size of the container discharge opening. A flow rate control processor is operative to determine the maximum conveyor flow rate and detect when a discharge flow rate of granular material from the container discharge opening into the conveyor intake is greater than or less than the maximum conveyor flow rate, and increase or decrease the discharge flow rate to substantially coincide with the maximum conveyor flow rate. A hoist control is also provided for a truck box.

In this conveyor apparatus in which a radial feeder (30) controls the operation of a trough (31) such that a article supplied from the trough becomes a target supply amount, the apparatus includes: a ranging sensor (32) for detecting a height (S) of the article on the trough; a drive unit (33) for driving a trough unit with predetermined feed power (P); a supply amount acquiring part (93) for acquiring a supply amount (W) supplied from the trough (31); and a deriving part (94) for deriving a relation among the height of the article, the supply amount of the trough, and the feed power of the trough by changing the feed power from the drive unit multiple times to convey the article to the trough.
