摘要： A data storage unit configured to store a coordinate data of a needle location and an added coordinate data creating unit configured to create a new coordinate data by adding independent original values respectively to an X-coordinate value or a Y-coordinate value for each of the coordinate data stored in the data storage unit are provided.
