Abstract: An antenna is provided with a conductive member. The conductive member has a main part, an opposing part, a first feed terminal, and a second feed terminal. The main part extends along a horizontal plane so as to have an opened ring shape. The main part has a first end section and a second end section that are located apart from each other. The opposing part includes a first opposing part provided on the first end section and a second opposing part provided on the second end section. The first opposing part and the second opposing part are spaced apart from, and opposed to, each other. The main part has a thin part that is thinner than both the first opposing part and the second opposing part.

Abstract: A device includes a first sealing member including a first film, a second sealing member, a first circuit member including a first contact point, and a second circuit member including a second contact point. The device defines a closed space which is enclosed by the first sealing member and the second sealing member and is shut off from an outer space outside the device. The first circuit member and the second circuit member are shut in the closed space. At least one of the first sealing member and the second sealing member includes an uneven portion. The uneven portion is in contact with at least one of the first circuit member and the second circuit member and covers a predetermined region which corresponds to at least one of the first contact point and the second contact point.

Abstract: A connector includes a pushing member having a projection, and a contact having a projection accommodating portion of a recess shape, the projection includes a holding portion extending across the projection in a direction orthogonal to a projecting direction of the projection and holding a flexible conductor, when the projection is inserted into the projection accommodating portion of the contact together with the flexible conductor with a middle part of the flexible conductor being held by the holding portion of the projection, parts of the flexible conductor that are situated on opposite sides of and are adjoining the middle part of the flexible conductor are sandwiched between a lateral surface of the projection and an inner surface of the projection accommodating portion to contact the inner surface of the projection accommodating portion, whereby the contact is electrically connected to the flexible conductor.

Abstract: An antenna is mountable on an object. The antenna has a main portion, a facing portion, a first feed terminal, a second feed terminal and at least one reinforcing terminal. The main portion has a ring shape which includes a split line portion. The split line portion extends in a predetermined direction. The split line portion has a split, a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion and the second end portion are positioned away from each other in the predetermined direction with the split left therebetween. The facing portion includes a first facing portion and a second facing portion. The at least one reinforcing terminal is positioned away from the split line portion. The at least one reinforcing terminal extends from the facing portion. The at least one reinforcing terminal is fixed to the object when the antenna is mounted on the object.

Abstract: A connector mateable with a mating connector includes at least one contact and a contact-holding member. The contact has resiliently deformable first and second support, first and second contact, and a coupling portions. The first and second contact portions, movable in an up-down direction perpendicular to a front-rear direction, are supported by the first and second support portions, respectively. The first support portion has first and second edges in a width direction perpendicular to the front-rear and up-down directions, the edges facing first and second orientations, respectively, which are opposite to each other of the width direction. The coupling portion couples the first and second support portions, and has upper main and bent portions. The upper main portion has upper front wide, fixed to the holding member to be immovable in the width direction, front narrow and base portions.

Abstract: An optical connector apparatus includes a connector which is connected to an electro-optical composite cable including an optical fiber and a metal conductor, and a connection object to be connected. The connector is provided with a ferrule which has a conductive portion on at least a part of the surface thereof. The connection object to be connected is provided with an electrically conductive connection member to be connected to the ferrule. The ferrule and the cable are connected by a crimping structure. When the ferrule is inserted in the connection member, the connector and the connection object to be connected are electrically and optically connected to each other. Provided is also an optical connector apparatus which comprises a connector having a plurality of ferrules having distances between the end of the ferrules and the conductive portions so that the timing of the connection of the connector to the object to be connected is delayed, and thus the optical connector apparatus is capable of hot swapping. The connection object to be connected can be a combination of an adapter and a mating connector, or an optical element and an adapter which holds the same, etc.

Abstract: An optical connector apparatus includes a connector which is connected to an electro-optical composite cable including an optical fiber and a metal conductor, and a connection object to be connected.
