摘要： An apparatus includes a case including a heat exchange unit; an inflow port through which a fluid flows into the heat exchange unit; and a discharge port through which the fluid is discharged from the heat exchange unit. In the case, the inflow port and the discharge port are opened in a facing surface facing a component to which the apparatus is assembled, the inflow port is disposed to face a fluid outlet of the component, and a partition wall that separates an inflow port side and a discharge port side is provided on the facing surface.
