Abstract: A method and device for specifying a portion causing a discrepancy in springback amount between CAE analysis and an actual formed product. The method includes a formed-product-driving-stress-distribution acquisition step of acquiring a driving stress distribution of a press-formed product, an analysis-driving-stress-distribution acquisition step of acquiring a driving stress distribution in springback analysis, a formed-product springback-amount acquisition step of acquiring a springback amount based on the formed product driving stress distribution, a stress-substituted-springback-amount acquisition step of substituting a value of analysis driving stress in a region with a value of formed product driving stress in a corresponding region and acquiring a springback amount based on a stress substituted distribution obtained by the substitution, and a springback-amount-discrepancy-causing-portion specifying step of finding a difference between the formed product springback amount and the stress substituted springback amount and specifying, based on the difference found, a portion causing a discrepancy in springback amount.

Abstract: An analysis accuracy evaluation method includes: generating, based on measurement data obtained by measurement of a shape after die release of an actual press-formed part press-formed with a predetermined tool of press forming by utilization of an actual blank taken from a metal sheet having shape variation; generating an actual blank model having a same shape as the actual blank based on measurement data; acquiring a press-formed part shape after die release as an analysis press-formed part shape by performing, by using the actual blank model, a press-forming analysis of when press forming is performed with a model of a tool of press forming which model has a same shape as the predetermined tool of press forming; and comparing the actual press-formed part shape and the analysis press-formed part shape, obtaining a deviation amount of shape change of the both shapes, and evaluating accuracy of the press-forming analysis.

Abstract: A technology capable of suppressing end cracking due to a delayed fracture without restrictions on the target pressed component shape. When it is estimated that the end cracking due to the delayed fracture in an end of a material to be pressed is concerned, double cutting processing including performing cutting processing of the end containing at least a place where the end cracking is concerned twice is provided as preprocessing for the press forming causing the concern about the end cracking. The double cutting processing includes performing, in first cutting, cutting to form a partial beam-shaped projection portion at a position containing the place where the end cracking is concerned, and cutting the projection portion in second cutting.
