    Abstract: An upright vacuum cleaner (1) includes a brushroll assembly (100) having a brushroll casing (12) and a brushroll (11); a motor assembly (200) having a motor housing (21) and a motor (22); a body assembly (300) having a body (31) and a bridging member (32), in which the bridging member (32) is pivotally connected to the motor housing (21) to make the body (31) rotatable between an upright position and an oblique position; and an elastic assembly (4) provided between the brushroll casing (12) and the bridging member (32), and configured to be pressed downward against the brushroll casing (12) by the bridging member (32) when the body (31) rotates from the upright position to the oblique position.

    Abstract: An upright vacuum cleaner (1) is provided, including a brushroll assembly (100), a motor assembly (200) and a body assembly (300). The brushroll assembly (200) includes a brushroll casing (12) and a brushroll (11). The motor assembly (200) includes a motor housing (21) and a motor (22), and the motor (22) drives the brushroll (11) to roll via a drive belt (13). The body assembly (300) includes a body (31) and a bridging member (32) mounted to the body (31), and the bridging member (32) is pivotably connected with the motor housing (21) to allow the body (31) to be rotatable between an upright position and an oblique position. When the body (31) is rotated from the upright position to the oblique position, the bridging member (32) pushes the brushroll casing (12) to move in a direction running away from the motor housing (21) so as to tension the drive belt (13).

    Abstract: A clutch device for an upright vacuum cleaner and an upright vacuum cleaner having the same are provided. The clutch device is disposed between an electric motor assembly and a machine body assembly of the upright vacuum cleaner, the electric motor assembly includes an electric motor housing and an electric motor, the machine body assembly includes a machine body and a bridging member rotatably connected to the electric motor housing. The clutch device includes a slide chute; and a triggering member having a first end provided with a sliding column slidably fitted in the slide chute and a second end provided with a toggling rod configured to stir the electric motor to move. When the bridging member drives the slide chute to move, the sliding column slides along the slide chute to rotate the triggering member. When the triggering member rotates, the toggling rod stirs the electric motor to rotate.
