Abstract: The present invention discloses a bending and molding production line, comprising an unwinding mechanism, a feeding and straightening device, a cutting-off mechanism, a bending and molding device and a material loading mechanism, wherein the bending and molding device comprises a base, the base is provided with two transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a transverse driving device driving the transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a central clamping device between the two transverse sliding bases, the transverse sliding bases are provided with a longitudinal sliding base in a sliding manner and are provided with a longitudinal driving device driving the longitudinal sliding base to slide, the longitudinal sliding base is provided with a bending and molding device, one side, close to the central clamping device, of the transverse sliding base at the left side is provided with a left clamping device capable of movably extending to clamp the tubular product, and one side, close to the central clamping device, of the transverse sliding base at the right side is provided with a right clamping device capable of movably extending to clamp the tubular product. The production line can bend two sides of a tubular product or a wire stock by different bending angles and different bending radii, and the working efficiency is high.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bending mold device for bidirectional pipe bending, comprising a mounting base which is horizontally arranged on a rack in a sliding manner, wherein the mounting base is provided with a translation lead screw driving the mounting base to slide and a translation motor, the rack is provided with a lead screw nut, a pipe bending spindle is rotatably disposed on the mounting base and a power mechanism is disposed on the mounting base, the upper end of the pipe bending spindle is movably connected to a lower rotating base, the lower rotating base is provided with a first pipe bending shaft and a second pipe bending shaft, the first pipe bending shaft and the second pipe bending shaft can be alternatively concentric with the pipe bending spindle through the sliding of the mounting base, the first pipe bending shaft is provided with a first bending mold lower mold, the second pipe bending shaft is provided with a second bending mold lower mold, the rack is vertically provided with a cylinder above the lower rotating base, the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder is fixedly provided with an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate in a sleeving manner, an upper rotating base is movably clamped between the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate, and the upper rotating base is rotatably provided with a first bending mold upper mold and a second bending mold upper mold. The device can realize bidirectional pipe bending and can bend an elbow pipe for more than 180 degrees.

Abstract: A device for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle of a multi-cylinder diesel engine includes a gear chamber (3), a connecting disc (5) and a high-pressure fuel pump (2), wherein the gear chamber (3) and the connecting disc (5) are assembled in the diesel engine, and the high-pressure fuel pump (2) is arranged at a left end surface outside the gear chamber. A main shaft end of the high-pressure fuel pump (2) extends into the gear chamber (3) and is connected to the connecting disc (5). A right end surface of the connecting disc (5) is connected to a timing gear (6) of a fuel injection pump. A right end surface of the timing gear (6) of the fuel injection pump is provided with three penetrating circular-arc waist-shaped holes (61) that are away from the center and equally spaced along the circumference direction. Annular sizing blocks (63) are arranged on the waist-shaped holes (61). A penetrating circular hole (68) is arranged at a tail end of at least one of the waist-shaped holes (61) in a counterclockwise direction and away from the waist-shaped hole (61). The circular hole (68) is provided with a T-shaped nut (65), and the axis of the T-shaped nut (65) is in parallel with the end surface of the timing gear (6) of the fuel injection pump. A support screw (67) is arranged in the T-shaped nut (65), and the screw head of the support screw (67) is jacked against the annular sizing block (63). A method for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle of a multi-cylinder diesel engine is also disclosed. The adjusting device and the adjusting method are convenient for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle and therefore have high adjustment precision.
