摘要： An umbrella includes an internal shaft fit into an interior chamber of a central post. A cap is fixed to a top end of the internal shaft. An intermediate collar is movably fit to the central post and a runner located below the collar is fixed to the central post. Each of ribs has an inner end connected to the cap. Each of stretchers has two ends connected to the intermediate collar and the respective rib. Each of the driving bars has ends connected to the runner and the respective rib at a location between the connection of the rib to the cap and the connection of the rib to the respective stretcher. A connector is movably fit over the central post below the runner and is connected by a pull bar to the intermediate collar. The connector includes a fixing member engageable and fixable to the central post.

The crown is a polygon each side of which includes a pivot pin mounted in a perpendicular direction to pivotally connect the upper end of a respective one of the ribs to the crown. The runner is a polygon and has a pivot pin mounted to each side in perpendicular direction to pivotally connect the lower end of a respective one of the stretchers to the runner. When the umbrella is closed, each of the ribs and the stretchers is collapsed in a tangential angle to set at one side of the central shaft and the runner and is not interfered with by the central shaft and the runner.

摘要： A furniture frame includes an assembly of a front frame, a pair of side racks, and a rear board. The front frame includes a closed frame structure made of a tubular member and forms four fitting lugs at a rear side portion thereof in a symmetric manner. The two side racks are made of tubular members to each assume a lying U-shaped structure and each lying-U-shape has an open side at which free ends of limbs of the U-shape each form a bent section. The two side racks are of a symmetric arrangement and structure so that the bent sections are respectively fit into the fitting lugs to demonstrate an expanding resiliency between the connection sections of the two side racks. The rear board is a flat plate having opposite edges that are bent in an arc form to construct pawls thereon, and the pawls on the opposite edges of the rear board are sized and positioned to respectively receive and thus engage the connection sections of the side racks. With such a structural arrangement, the front frame, the side racks, and the rear board can be efficiently assembled together without use of tool to thereby provide a stable and firm furniture frame.
