摘要： A video processing apparatus and method is provided. The video processing apparatus divides video data and then processes a current divided area of the divided video data by referring to pixels in an adjacent divided area while processing the current divided area, thereby minimizing artifacts generation along a boundary between divided areas when the processed divided areas are subsequently merged.
