The at least one remote unit includes at least one disconnected mode capable remote unit. The at least one disconnected mode capable remote unit includes an ancillary decision support unit. At least one of the principal decision support unit and the ancillary decision support unit cooperates with the communicating management unit to present at least one recommended result based upon at least one predetermined set of parametric values to effect remote health management.

摘要： A tissue nipper is provided to permit efficient trimming of tissue, such as cuticles. The nipper includes a base, arms projecting unitarily from the base and cutting blades at the ends of the arms remote from the base. Portions of the arms near the cutting blades are provided with oppositely directed projections that are slidably receivable in grooves of the opposing arm. The projections and grooves guide the cutting blades precisely into opposed edge-to-edge relationship for efficiently nipping tissue.

摘要： The golf spike removal tool includes a primary shank with opposite proximal and distal ends. A handle is secured to the proximal end of the primary shank and projections extend from the distal end of the primary shank for engaging apertures in a golf spike. A supplemental shank is telescoped relative to the primary shank and can be releasably engaged in either a first position or a second position with respect to the primary shank. The supplemental shank includes an array of sharply pointed teeth at the distal end thereof. The teeth project distally beyond the primary shank when the supplemental shank is in the distal position.
