摘要: Low profile wash pads, usable alone or with other like pads in a module array, are disclosed whereby one or more motor driven or motorless vehicles may be wheeled onto or across (or other object placed upon) a full drainage impervious washing platform such that substantially all spent wash liquid and removed debris are caused to flow off from the washing platform to an edge collector or gutter. Debris accumulation at the washing platform is avoided and processing of gutter-contained spent wash liquid and removed debris can occur in offset relation to and without interfering with ongoing washing on the washing platform. Several modes for processing the drainage comprising spent wash liquid and removed debris contained in the gutter are disclosed, one mode comprising automated processing using a screw conveyor.

摘要: A number of embodiments of improved wash fluid containment systems are described herein. The wash fluid containment systems may include side walls that allow the systems to be easily positioned on uneven ground. The side walls are designed to reduce or eliminate binding and/or gaps that occur when conventional systems are placed on uneven ground. In one embodiment, the side walls include different portions that are adjustable relative to each other to allow the side walls to accommodate the uneven ground. The side walls may include one or more horizontally oriented panels that are adjustable relative to one or more vertically oriented support members.

摘要: A wash fluid containment system includes an elevated, fluid impervious surface upon which items to be washed are placed for washing. The surface is configured to cause wash fluid to flow to an edge of the surface and off of the surface to prevent buildup of wash fluid on the surface. A collecting trough is positioned in fluid flow communication with the edges of the surface to which the fluid flows to catch and collect the fluid as it flows from the surface. Used wash fluid is taken from the collecting trough for disposal or recycling and solids and debris can be easily removed from the trough.

摘要: A method, and components therefore for cleaning and reclaiming silk screens and the like. The method involves the steps, in general, of handspraying silk screens to be cleaned at a nominal water pressure of 3,000 psi plus or minus 300 psi, and this preferably at a water temperature of from 70 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The water circulating system is preferably a closed system that is periodically automatically replenished as needed. This saves a volume of water required, and such water is reclaimed by filtering systems. The filtering structure employed comprises a series of classifier screens of progressively reduced mesh and disposed in mutually superposed position. A further filter is in the form of a disposable bag filter made of paper or other suitable material preferably having a pore size of the order of ten microns. Additional filters are employed as needed. The spray cabinet employed has silk screen support bars and clamping means for clamping the screens in sloping condition. The cabinet itself has an open front so as to provide access to an exterior spray position point.

摘要: System, method and program product for managing a plurality of configurations of a first virtual machine. A command is received to set the configuration of the first virtual machine for processing a next incoming interaction and subsequent incoming interactions of at least one protocol from one or more other virtual machines to a configuration exhibited by the first virtual machine which first subsequently prepares to receive the next incoming interaction. The configuration exhibited by the first virtual machine which first prepared to receive the next incoming interaction is determined. The first virtual machine configuration which first prepared to receive the next incoming interaction processes the next incoming interaction.
